Purchasing on the Website
1.1. Prices, availability, and other purchasing terms are displayed on the website's pages and may change from time to time. The website reserves the right to modify the range of products and/or services, discontinue them, or change the prices of products and/or services offered on or outside the website, without prior notice.
1.2. When placing an order on the website, you are responsible for providing accurate, up-to-date, and complete information. The website may verify the details entered after placing an order and is entitled to cancel or limit the order at any time. If payment has been made for a canceled order, the website will refund the payment as much as possible to the same payment method.
1.3. If, for any reason, the credit card company refuses to transfer the payment for a purchase on the website, the website is entitled to suspend or immediately terminate the service and may demand payment, including any costs incurred by the website due to the refusal (including third-party fines), through other means, at the website's discretion. If the website needs to take legal action to collect outstanding payments, you agree to indemnify the website for all expenses incurred, including attorney fees and additional legal costs.
1.4. Purchases on the website are subject to additional terms and conditions of credit card companies and/or any other payment methods displayed on the website.
Supply Policy
2.1. The website will arrange for the delivery of an order placed on the website to any location agreed upon by the parties when placing the order.
2.2. Orders will be carried out within the State of Israel and subject to the terms listed on the website's purchasing page.
2.3. Orders will be processed and delivered within the following timelines:
2.3.1. Up to 14 business days via home delivery;
2.3.2. Through self-collection from the website's address, with prior coordination.
"Business Day" – Sunday through Thursday, excluding public holidays, holiday eves, and days when banks in Israel are closed.
2.4. The cost of the order does not include shipping fees. Shipping fees may be updated from time to time as per the details on the website during the ordering process.
2.5. The website may set a minimum order amount.
2.6. In the event that a product ordered on the website is unavailable in stock, the website will notify the customer. If the customer is unavailable, the website will send the order without the missing product.
2.7. If the customer is not present at home at the agreed-upon delivery time, the order will be returned and resent only after the customer pays additional shipping fees.
2.8. Delivery of orders will be subject to the following conditions:
2.8.1. There is reasonable access to the delivery location;
2.8.2. The website (including its courier service) delivers to that area;
2.8.3. For organizations, institutions, kibbutzim, or settlements that cannot be reached without special permission and/or do not have organized street and/or house number registration, the order will be delivered to the central distribution point of that location.
2.9. The website will not be responsible for any delay or failure to deliver caused by:
2.9.1. Force majeure and/or events beyond the control of the website;
2.9.2. Reasons related to the website's courier service;
2.9.3. Closure of the economy in such a way that affects the operations of the website and/or its suppliers and/or service providers, for any reason.
Return, Change, and Order Cancellation Policy
3.1. Requests for returns, changes, or cancellations must be submitted through one of the contact methods listed at the bottom of the terms and conditions.
3.2. Returns, changes, or cancellations will be eligible for a refund within 7 days or an exchange within 14 days after the customer receives the order.
3.3. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the order.
3.4. If a request for return, change, or cancellation is made after 14 days of receiving the order, the request will be subject to the website's sole discretion.
3.5. Returns, changes, or cancellations will be approved after the customer receives written confirmation from the website.
3.6. If a return, change, or cancellation is made because the customer changed their mind (not due to a defect or mismatch) and is approved by the website:
3.6.1. The customer must return the product in the same condition as received;
3.6.2. The product must not have been used in any way;
3.6.3. The product must be returned with the invoice or proof of purchase;
3.6.4. The product must be returned by the customer to the website's address, and all return costs will be borne by the customer;
3.6.5. A cancellation fee of 5% of the product price or 100 ILS (whichever is lower) will be charged.
3.7. If a return, change, or cancellation is made due to a defect in the product, the responsibility for collecting or replacing the defective product from the place it was delivered lies with the website.
3.8. A product claimed to be defective by the customer will be inspected by the website. If the website determines that the product is in good condition and/or that the defect occurred after the customer received it due to unreasonable use, no refund will be granted. The customer may request the product to be sent back to them, subject to additional shipping fees.
3.9. Products ordered with personal design on the website are considered "special orders" and are not subject to the cancellation rights listed in the regulations.
3.10. The terms in this section are subject to the provisions of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981.
Product Warranty
4.1. The website's warranty will not apply in cases of tear and/or breakage, including damage to the product's coating and/or color when the defect is caused by unreasonable use and/or normal wear and tear.
4.2. The website's warranty does not cover loss or theft of the product, including any part of it.
4.3. The website's warranty will not apply when repairs and/or jewelry work have been carried out by someone other than the website's operator or its authorized representative. If repair is possible under warranty, the website's operator reserves the right to offer a replacement at its sole discretion.
